MLA Diamond Care Service is an extended warranty forklift service program designed to maximise the residual value of your Mitsubishi investment and protect against major repair cost for a period of 4 years or 6,000 engine hours, whichever comes first.
This extended warranty forklift service program ensures that you have complete control over maintenance and repairs costs. Not only does MLA help you minimise unexpected downtime, we also aim to minimise unforeseen expenditure.
This program is available to all customers purchasing new IC or battery electric forklifts from MLA at any one of our dealerships around Australia.
All Mitsubishi trucks enrolled in the Diamond Care Program will be issued a number, which will be displayed on a plate fixed to the vehicle and quoted by the owner when requesting forklift service and repairs.
This number will also be listed on all service and repair dockets. MLA Holdings Pty Ltd will keep detailed maintenance records of all Mitsubishi equipment covered by Diamond Care and make them available to the owner on request.
