Experience

MLA Holdings has enjoyed 25 years in the forklift truck industry and is acknowledged as one of Australia's leading materials handling equipment specialists.

MLA Holdings Pty Ltd was established in 1980 to market Mitsubishi Forklift trucks in Australia. MLA Holdings has since added the Fantuzzi range of large forklifts and container handling equipment.

MLA Holdings has established an unbeatable selection of quality products to meet Industry's requirements.

As well as supporting the equipment we hire and sell, the MLA Service Division provides preventative maintenance, repair and breakdown services for all makes and models of forklift trucks and other mobile equipment. The customer can choose to have these functions carried out at one of the MLA base workshops or on-site by one of the MLA Field Service vans. These vans are radio controlled, carry a full range of replacement parts, modern tools and equipment and are manned by expert mechanics. All the MLA state distributors offer the same high standard of service.

All MLA Service Agents are required to comply with the procedures and standards as established for the servicing of the contracted equipment and this system has been operating with a high level of customer satisfaction for many years. MLA appoints only those distributors who share this philosophy of providing first class service. All Service Agents are invited to participate in regular Service Training and Product Improvement courses conducted by factory personnel.

MLA has a significant customer base which includes major companies such as:

  • Pacific National
  • Murray Goulburn Co-operative

Spare Parts

MLA provides a comprehensive spare parts service. The corporate aim is to supply 100% off the shelf for all products sold. Mitsubishi is helping to achieve this objective with the establishment of a spare parts distribution centre in Singapore. This gives MLA access to vast reserve of parts with a 24 to 48 hour delivery time. The current value of parts in Australia is approximately $4,000,000.
